If the unit is not for you, you have 60 days from the day it arrives to send it back for a refund of the product price. No long interview, no obstacle course.
What counts
- You reach out within 60 days of the delivery date.
- You can point to proof of purchase — an order number or the email receipt does fine.
- The unit comes back to us; pop in whatever else was in the box where you can.
Starting a return
Email the support address on the contact page with your order number and a quick note. We reply with a return address and simple steps. Hold off posting anything until that reply lands, so the parcel goes to the right spot.
Return postage
Unless the item turned up faulty or wrong, the cost of sending it back is on the customer. A tracked service is worth it so the parcel can be followed home.
When the money shows up
Once the return reaches us and gets a look, we refund the original payment method. From there your bank or card network takes its own few business days to post it.
Why the window exists
This is a passive accessory described in measured terms. The return window is there so you can judge it in your own home, on your own wiring, and decide whether it has earned its outlet.
