From our shelf to your door

Where orders go

For now we ship across the United States, most APO and FPO addresses included. Outside the US and still keen? Drop us a line through the contact page first and we will say whether we can get a parcel to you.

Handling time

We usually pick and pack within one to two business days. Anything ordered over a weekend or holiday starts moving the next working day.

How long delivery takes

Following the parcel

A tracking number lands in your inbox the moment the box leaves us. If it has not updated after a day or two, give it a beat — scans sometimes trail the parcel itself.

If it goes astray

If tracking sits still far too long, or a parcel reads delivered but is nowhere to be found, tell us. We will chase it with the carrier, and where one is confirmed lost on the way, send a replacement or refund.

Damaged or wrong items

Give the box a once-over on arrival. If anything is damaged or not what you ordered, email us within a few days with a photo and your order number and we will sort it.
